教室の場所　東京　中野　（中野駅から徒歩3分）
サディア先生はアメリカのカリフォルニア出身です。お父様が中東レバノンの方なので、アラビア料理とアメリカ料理の両方を教えることができます。ベリーダンスや、占いが得意で、お食事の後にお出しするアラビアンコーヒーを使って占いをして差し上げることも可能です。

My name is Sadia Camille. I was born in California, but my mother is from Lebanon.
I am half Lebanese, half American. My name means "Lucky". I think I am lucky to live in Japan in such a wonderful and convenient area like Nakano. I live with two cats. Their names are Aziz and Shalimar. I enjoy swimming, tennis, and walking on the beach. I like listening to music, reading and sewing and, of course, cooking for friends.

My favorite hobby is Belly Dancing. Belly Dancing is very popular now in Japan. I gr ew up with Belly Dance and have been dancing most of my life. I often listen to Arabic music. I also like Rock and Roll and Jazz music.

My favorite food is Lebanese food. Lebanese food has many flavors mixed together so it is really delicious!! Lemon, garlic, garbanzo beans, yogurt, sesame paste, tomato, onion,and parsley are some of the ingredients we use in meat and vegetable dishes.
Lebanese usually eat a very thin bread with their meal, but we also like rice and French fried potatoes. Meat dishes are beef, lamb, or chicken, usually grilled or roasted. Lebanese also love seafood.
Many Lebanese eat raw vegetables and fruit with their meal, especially in summer. Desserts are very very sweet because they use honey or sugar syrup. Desserts are often flavored with rose water or orange flower water. A typical meal has many different salads, and hot and cold appetizers which we call "mezzeh". Kabobs are popular and also Shawarma sandwiches. Lebanese pizza called "Mnouche" is often eaten for breakfast and sometimes for lunch.
